Oren Shani, joint CEO
Oren owns About 20 years of experience in the field of system security Information, including the security of information systems in the fields of banking, insurance, government and security.
Oren worked for about 9 years within Avnat Data Security Company and in recent years served as the company's CEO. In this framework, Oren supervised the establishment and operation of control systems and information security in computerized systems in a variety of entities in Israel and abroad.
Oren has extensive experience in the field of managing risk surveys, safety surveys and controlled penetration attempts, as well as managing the execution of examinations in compliance with the order of the Supervisor of Banks for proper banking management, the management of information technologies, the order of the Supervisor of Insurance, Pensions and the Capital Market for the management of risks for information security in institutional bodies and insurance companies, the Protection Law privacy and more.
Oren has a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in information systems and marketing and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in international business and information systems.
Assaf Koren, CISA, CRISC
Co -CEO
Assaf has over 20 years of experience in internal auditing, information systems auditing and risk management. Assaf leads the field of internal audit and information systems audit in the company. In this framework, internal audit projects, information systems audits, data investigation audits, embezzlement and fraud projects, SOX and more are carried out in the various sectors.
Assaf served as a senior manager at "Deloitte" and for years coordinated the field of information systems audit in banks and financial institutions and the field of data investigation audit (ACL). Assaf initiated the development of a system - SOD of separation of duties.
Assaf has a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in finance and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in finance, a certified information systems auditor (CISA) and certified in risks and information systems control (CRISC) and has the authority to implement - Oracle Application and Priority.

Yoana Nahum,
Head of Regulation and Risk Management
Yoana has about 12 years of experience in internal auditing, information systems and information security auditing, risk management auditing, compliance and regulation as well as corporate governance auditing.
In addition, she has experience in managing the execution of examinations in compliance with the instructions of the supervisor of banks, standards and other legal provisions.
In the past, she served as a field manager in the internal audit department at Agud Bank and for years managed the field of information systems audits, information security , compliance and operational risks at the bank.
Yoana holds a bachelor's degree in accounting with a specialization in information systems, holds a CPA license, a certified information security manager (CISM), holds CISO and DPO certifications (Bar Ilan University) and holds a cyber security certification (CC).
Noam Belzberg, FRM
Head of Financial Risks
Noam has over 20 years of experience in the fields of credit, regulation and risk management and leads the consulting field in the worlds of financial risks.
Noam served as chief credit officer at the Israeli branch of HSBC and before that as chief risk manager at Dexia Bank. He also coordinated the CECL project at Mercantile Discount Bank and performed auditing and consulting work in the areas of credit, risk management, development and validation of models.
Noam has been the professional director of the certification program for risk managers in the FRM format (a program of about 200 academic hours) for over a decade and lectures in a variety of academic institutions.
Noam has a master's degree in economics, a bachelor's degree in economics and management, a real estate appraiser's license, a Data Scientist certificate and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
